27.5 -30 pilots, 280 mains. The 30 pilot may be kinda fat, but with the timing plate it could help keep it cooler.

What should I put the timing to I noticed they had it on past 10 like at +11-12.so I readjusted it to +4.

Leave it at 4

Tricked I noticed I don’t have a Dyno port I have a motor fast pipe which I been reading up on the forum that happens to be a better 2 into 1 pipe ,would the jetting be more or less the same setup you suggested?

It would definitely be about the same jetting.  It’s possible you’ll be better off with the 27.5’s and maybe even 270 mains, but definitely start fatter with the 280.
