40pwk and plug issues

I have issues  with me banshee I'm running 40mm carb with 180 jets It bogs wen I try to dump.it off the line and if I easy into it, it runs like a bat out of hell and going threw the gears when I come back to first it starts running funny, change the plugs they both are black and one the tip is push down, I'm running  260 gt sunoco racing fuel

Way too fucking rich. Drop the main down to 165 and test from there.
