Pwk 39s knock offs

I let a reputable builder talk me into setting up a set of alcohol carbs on the knock off 39s. Said they are better because polished 41s on filter side and he will be going through and adding power jets and checking everything.  I'm having second thoughts. Opinions?

my opinion is that i would never run knock offs because ive heard too many things about them not running right, especially keihin knock offs.  Run em, if they suck, hopefully the builder will take care of you. cross that bridge once you get there
