Installing a new electrosprts stator which for some reason is thicker/wider than the 1 I took off, and when I go to put the flywheel back on and torque the fly wheel to the 59ft lbs, it seems that the fly wheel is tight against the stator and will not turn over. 97Screamer Posted February 17, 2019 Report Posted February 17, 2019 I agree with getting OEM electronics. In any event, is it possible your flywheel is bent from being improperly pulled such that it is convex and causing the rubbing? Quote
