clintv8 Posted February 13, 2019 Report Posted February 13, 2019 I have a banshee I am putting together it has dune ported cylinders for a stock stroke. It needs a new crank I was thinking of doing a 4mil what do I need to do to correct the port timing for a 4mil. Quote

clintv8 Posted February 14, 2019 Author Report Posted February 14, 2019 I didn't port these cylinders, I believe it's a white knuckle dune port exhaust has been widened and raised transfers are raised intake ported. Quote
AKheathen Posted June 21, 2019 Report Posted June 21, 2019 at least they are not drag [ported. you dont have much to work with being dune ported, though, but the whole setup matters. you DO have the meat for a dune/drag 4mil. for another dune or mx port, you have to get creative and pull up the transfer ports to stretch down the power into lower rpms. it will sacrifice peak hp, but at the same time, give you far more useful power range. dont nix the air hooks, but you can manipulate them, or just copy them if you dont know how.
