MRMOONEY Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 i have a question how do you get a 370 with a +4mm stroker? i have a 4mm storker .20 and its a 379.blahblahblah cc's is this a stock bore 4mm? whos doing the porting? Quote
H300F Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 is your builder using the blaster pistons because of the long rod? they now have wiseco 795 pistons in any bore size for the long rod crank. blaster pistons is the old way of doing a longrod. i have a 4mm stroker long rod, im using the 795 pistons, and a decking plate for the stroker, as well as ported for the stroker. with blaster pistons, you will be at the least 370cc without the stroker crank, add in the stroke and you will be over 400 i believe. the stroker is great everywhere. raxen Posted December 12, 2003 Report Posted December 12, 2003 I found the best modded motor for the price, may need to modify the frame but if you are going to spend the money on a stroker. Warning, not for those scared of speed. Quote
ScreaminShee01 Posted December 13, 2003 Author Report Posted December 13, 2003 naa im sure that will mount right to the existing motor mounts.... Quote
Blue Duece Posted December 13, 2003 Report Posted December 13, 2003 you think ill be faster than him? oh yeah Blue Deuce... did you get any dyno charts or horsepower estimates out of your 370? i havnt dynoed it........it's roughly 75-85hp depending on your pipe, reeds and carb setup----i would hope it would smoke a 270-----the best part of it is you can feel 30 horses right off idle...........
