A arm ? and swing arm?

I recently just got another banshee and I am wanting to upgrade the a arms and the swing arm to +4 or +6.  I will ride dunes and still trail ride.  So my question is what is a good brand to get on the a arms and long travel or is it a waste of money?  Then what swing arm is gonna hold up to dunes with mild jumping and trail riding?  I am sure this has been asked time after time so I appriecate the information thanks.

+4 if anything on swing arm. For your application I'd say long travel wouldn't be worth the extra cost. Properly set up standard travel shocks will be great. Fire ball a site sponsor makes really good parts for all quads.
