Left cylinder lean

I've checked the spark plugs. Right are excelent color and left plug looks lean the right piston has carbon center and left not has nothing

 

I checked the stator side and looks a little bent but don't have or find oil leak

Is that orange rtv sealing a hole in that pipe? Looks like it's covering a weld?

Quite a bit of sealer on that head gasket huh?

Yep I use the sealant on the for avoid water leak on to the cylinder and I never had issues with this, just only a gasket without sealant don't work starts to leak I don't why

Only way to check if the seal is good or not is to do a leak down test.
