I know my eyes aren't as good as they were years ago. Having a hard time reading this timing plate. Looks like it's @ +7 right now. Can anyone confirm this for me? The + & - marks aren't very good. Thanks.

I emailed Jeff  at fast about this.. I was having the same problem with mine.. It was SO hard to read.. Here let me attach the pic he sent me, gimme a sec

Edit: I just looked at the pic and not gunna bother messing with crap bucket. your at plus 4 right now.

I assume it's set in the middle at the moment from the looks. My guess it's at 0. Appears to be 13 marks in the plate which would give you 6* of timing either way

You mean i'm at +8?? lol!!

This pic was sent to me from Jeff and that was what he told me.. Makes sense that they would mark the most commonly used timing degree though, so just count the grooves after the black mark.  tbh this timing plate is hard af to read.

That's not making sense at all. You saw a + sign in one end and a - sign in the other and a mark in the fucking middle, 99.9% of people with a brain will assume that's the 0 mark.

 

But lol!! i did one season at +8 on 91?

lol idk Im just counting the notches! maybe carl can fix u up and help u read a timing plate next season lol
