ginger Posted October 26, 2016 Report Posted October 26, 2016 we will need altitude, compression, and riding temp to see if its possible. Quote
liljake Posted October 26, 2016 Author Report Posted October 26, 2016 bore 60 over sea level, is mostly chicago area and wisconsin so anywhere from 600' to 1500' i am always on top of jetting it. And being fall time where im at temp wise the weather is bipolar as fuck but ill be riding in 50-65 degree weather. compression is 180-185 Quote
sheerider11 Posted October 26, 2016 Report Posted October 26, 2016 Why don't you call the guy that set up your motor.. 1 Quote
sleeper06 Posted October 26, 2016 Report Posted October 26, 2016 You need 24 cc domes with that set up Quote
liljake Posted October 26, 2016 Author Report Posted October 26, 2016 With 93 octane? Or a 100 the way im running it now Quote
sleeper06 Posted October 27, 2016 Report Posted October 27, 2016 To be honest I would run 110 in what you got without cc it it's close to 14:1 , to run 93 you need the 24's Quote
liljake Posted October 27, 2016 Author Report Posted October 27, 2016 Ok I just did the top end on it last month so I don't want to change the domes again ill just run 110 for the rest of the season. So if I'm doing that could I up my timing a bit more? Quote
liljake Posted October 27, 2016 Author Report Posted October 27, 2016 I'm at +4 now do you think 6 or 7 would be safe...maybe 8? Quote
trickedcarbine Posted October 27, 2016 Report Posted October 27, 2016 Crank is welded? If your fuel is good, +7 is about as high as I'd go. Quote
sleeper06 Posted October 27, 2016 Report Posted October 27, 2016 Are you cylinders off side to side 5 psi Quote
liljake Posted October 28, 2016 Author Report Posted October 28, 2016 No their both pretty much the same the gauge was actually right about 183 psi between the two. Quote
