Send to tim to get revalved or have him send you a valve. Basicslly its a washer that slows the oil speed down. Or you add more cc's of oil then what comes initially. Thats the 2 ways to tune rebound with your shock placement.

 

The real problem is the no link on a link frame setup. Mod your frame for a proper no link and you're set. Proper geometry gives the shock the proper angles to work.

 

Or put a link back on that setup, and you're good to go.
