YFZ 450 works shocks, What a arms ?

Hello,

 

Need some help. Have some works, pro series piggybacks left over from a 2005 yfz 450. Was looking at purchasing the +2 +1 Alba Long travel a arms from JD. The shocks are 15 3/4 center of top eye to bottom eye. It is almost like I am right in the middle of std and long travel ? 14 1/2 or 17 inches. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

If you use a longer shock than required (like yfz on stock length banshee), it will put extra stress on the ball joints.

If you use a shorter shocks than required, you are not getting the full benefits of the long travel setup.

Probably better off to sell my yfz works shocks, and get some banshee long travels.
