animal1000rr
I have two sets of spindlemount wheels, one is stock taper and the other is 5/8 with rotor mounts. My question is, can the 5/8 set be converted to stock taper? And are the rotor mounts removable and reinstall able?

registered user
since you have the wheels in front of you perhaps a quick peek would answer you own question. ship em to me and ill figure it out but gonna cost ya $
sleeper06
Rotors are removable but the mounts should be machined into the rim. Mine are banshee taper and have two diffrent inner diameter bearings to accept taper , have you measure and compared yhem to stock hubs
animal1000rr
thanks sleeper, i have measured. the wheels with the rotor mounts are wider in the axle area. what i do see is the rotor mount is not machined with the wheel and was wondering if anyone knows how or has a way o remove them or if it can be done. registered user i appreciate the offer but i will pass. and a quick peek is the reason for the question.
