Do i bend my clutch arm ? or weld ? or.... carb clearances

Just about finished my banshee build,   lacking a few parts......... intake , gas cap , radiator lines , chain.

However one for the nerds here......           Can i get by , by bending the clutch arm down to get the clearance on the carb bowl........           Would jb weld work on the bottom ? or do i really just have to take it to a shop for welding..

Running pwk's? Is the drain nut hitting? If so grind the nut down as far as ya can. Just leave enough of the nut to get a wrench on it. Also, you can run reed spacers. If you go that route, id run them on the outside of reed cage. The spacers will give ya a little more wiggle room. But that would be my last route.
