red96shee Posted December 28, 2014 Report Posted December 28, 2014 I'm just about to change the oil in my banshees transmition. I've never done it before and my clymers manual won't be here till after the first of the year. I thought I read on here somewhere when you check the level with the dipstick you don't screw it in all the way. So I was just wondering how far if at all do I screw in the dipstick to get an accurate reading. I do have the cascade dipstick not sure if that makes a difference. Quote
red96shee Posted January 5, 2015 Author Report Posted January 5, 2015 Just did the oil change thanks guys good thing I asked about the oil level. I don't think it even had a full quart of oil in it. The reading on the dipstick would have thrown me way off. Quote
