david92307 Posted October 29, 2014 Report Posted October 29, 2014 on my 03 banshee it keeps blowing out a plug that is located behind the front sprocket, does anyone know why this is happening? Quote
trickedcarbine Posted October 29, 2014 Report Posted October 29, 2014 Small aluminum plug? Clean it with brake cleaner, push a new plug back in with LOCTITE sealer/thread locker. Make sure the vent on top of the case at the rear motor mount is actually working. Quote

87sheestillkickin Posted November 3, 2014 Report Posted November 3, 2014 Deff sounds like a crankcase pressure issue. If not and cant get it to hold thread that hole and put a set screw in. Problem solved Quote
