91coupemike Posted September 12, 2014 Report Posted September 12, 2014 My banshee doesn't have a fuel filter on it and was wondering if it needs one? My gut tells me hell yes, but it's weird it doesn't have one. Just a small 1/4in inline? Quote
91coupemike Posted September 12, 2014 Author Report Posted September 12, 2014 Sweet. I will probably run one so I can keep an eye on contaminants. It won't hurt fuel flow to much ? Pretty sure that's a dumbass question but who knows! I'm used to fuel injection lol Quote
registered user Posted September 13, 2014 Report Posted September 13, 2014 normally i throw the tank screen in the trash and use clear inline unit. visufilter for gas engines. hell with all that paint strainer nonsense. methanol engines i use billet filter. everyone said my shit would burn up and melt down. ya well theyre wrong hahaha. got one of them clear filters sitting around i could probly see what the volume flow difference is with and without it. im betting the difference is almost not worth mentioning Quote
