Opinions on lock up clutches

Difference between slingshot and weighted arm lock up? Pro and cons? Can you still shift at high RPMs without a override?

To use a lock up you will definitely want tranny work. Not so much if you use it the way I do on lower power trail bikes, but for anything making 65+ you will want some type of stock cut of some sort at a minimum. Doesn't have to be an over ride. As for shifting it at WFO, when else do you see big lock up drag bikes shift?

I am running a 421 cub cast, 165 psi, 35 Pwks, shearer pipes, stock trans, shifter star and pro shift roller. Maybe a lock out is not necessary? But I do have all apart cases split. Pro trany mod or just throw new clutch every few years?

You could definitely use one. Is it a drag bike? Or a fun Duner/open trail kinda riding? If it's a drag bike, run a finger style with an over ride. If it's more of a dune open play bike, definitely some sort of pro mod trans and a sling shot.

Is it a worth porting that cub cylinder for a dune bike? And who would you recommend? Please don't say fast racing it already sat there 8 month this year I got impatient and had him send it back
