I found a hot wire that wasnt connected to anything back by the brake light then ran that to the "load" part on my switch. the ran all of the other wires for the lights and the ground. why do you think it will catch fire? He's implying you are about to get FLAMED. I think it looks cool. My wife bought me a full kit that changes colors and flashes and pulses with different settings. I mocked it up and it will run for HOURS on a small Milwaukee 12volt lithium battery. I have all my mounting points figured out. If my fast bike is ready for the LS HQ ride I will probably put it on for that trip. Quote

More often then not wires are not tucked, lights them selves are visible, etc. It's one of those details where if it's done kinda sloppy it really ruins it.
