Mr1Hundred Posted June 24, 2014 Report Posted June 24, 2014 Does anyone know where to get clear hosing for the radiator (must withstand the temp), also im looking for clear gas lines also, how does the stock impeller fail ? Does it shatter ? if i was to put a needle bearing in there instead of the bushing, would that fix the problemo? Quote
Mr1Hundred Posted June 24, 2014 Author Report Posted June 24, 2014 also what are the dimensions needed for the gas and coolant hoses Quote
sprinklerman Posted June 24, 2014 Report Posted June 24, 2014 Stock impeller already rides on a bearing. Usually the stock impeller fails due to age or several overheats ( usually due to jetting). Sent from a van down by the river 1 Quote
03DMshee Posted June 24, 2014 Report Posted June 24, 2014 I would check your local home depot or lowes for the coolant hoses...dont know how flexible that shit is gonna be...it tends to flatten out...you might have to use elbows to get thw hoses routed correctly... Quote
Nieskes Posted June 24, 2014 Report Posted June 24, 2014 if you go this route make sure you get the high temp stuff, not the clear shitty ass water pipe that is going to blow off. The hose is VERY flexible if you get the correct stuff. I got mine from nastyracing a few years back 3 Years i think. The person I sold them to still runs them and they look like new. Quote
shanYE west Posted June 25, 2014 Report Posted June 25, 2014 if you want clear hose that doesn't have the reinforcing braid.. I got mine from mcmaster.com I think i ended up getting tygon. Quote
Denny2424 Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 Kan power sports sells the clear radiator hose. Check out his website or Facebook page. Quote
