You can go to most local at shops here in so Cal and pay $30.00 a year for a non res sticker. It's not a red or green stickers. The color of the sticker determine when and where you can ride during certain times of the year. A military non resident sticker allows you to ride anywhere and anytime regardless. No title, no registration, and no inspection is required. Just go in get the sticker and ride. 1 Quote
