Banshee_UK
Hi I decided to change my Banshee's rear pads today, I followed ther instructions by the book, removed the caliper, took the pads out, then it said put it back together in reverse, however, when I put the new pads in, I can't get the disc in, there is no room between the pads, I tried opening the piston a little but it won't open far enough to get the disc in between the pads. Can anyone help me please, I wanted to ride it at 3pm, that's just 2 hours away. Thank guys. Regards Mark.
SICK BOY
Take it back off and put one of your old pads on the side that the the cylinder moves in and out.Now use a c-clamp and push the cylinder all the way in the caliper.Put your new pads on and bolt it back up. Banshee_UK
Great, that worked a treat, shame the manual didn't tell me that, or was it common sense and I left that on the track! Thanks again
