What are the advantages or disadvantages between the short rod or the long rod? I will eventually drop a +4 into my motor but I would like to understand the options better. Coupelx Posted June 12, 2014 Report Share Posted June 12, 2014 My response was to your post about what you got out of that article. piston availability is a moot point on a stock cylinder and the longer rod actually opens up piston options if running a stock stroke cub or cheetah with a 68mm bore. Add "bansheehq" to the search. it'll help you find the info you require easier . 99.9999% of any questions you or anyone else ask have already been asked and answered on here....it's just using the easier search function.
