What exhaust is better? And what should my jetting be?

Alright so bare with me fellas, im super fresh to the banshee scene, i been building an racing raptors for years and needed a change.

So i have T5s right now, but im debating on CPI inframes or Shearer inframes, which are better?

 

Also my mods are: (whichever exhaust is better)

Milled stock head, vforce4 reeds, k&n pod filters.

 

Its stock carbs.. Just need a good starting point for jetting.. Also im in New Orleans so im below sea level. And im on 93 pump gas. thanks in advanced for the help!
