Rapture
I want to put LED turn signals and brake lights on the shee, but am i right in saying i need to convert to DC first or can i run LEDs with AC? Im not great with electrics. So, if i need DC, can i use the regulator/rectifier off a RD350 + battery? I read trail tech do a kit but im trying to keep costs down. Or maybe someone knows of another bike i can use for donor parts?
Rapture
Some people have ran LED on the stock setup (AC). But cheapest way to do it, you can use a rectifier from any bike (as long as it is 12v and can handle up to 100 watts on a stock banshee stator or 200 watts on aftermarket banshee stator) Any 12v battery will work. For just LEDs a small one will work great. Perfect. Thanks
