Lag Cylinder

Just after i slapped my tr-6's on i started having trouble with one of my cylinders. It would keep back firing and each time i pulled the plugs , this one was oil soaked. After that i switched the plugs in the cylinders and it did the same thing , only this time onthe other side, so i figured it must be plugs. I bought a new set after that and they lasted a week or 2 , then it did the same thing, on the same cylinder. I thot maybe the premix wasnt mixed well enough at first but that wasnt it. I dont even know where to start!! Has anyone ever had thios happen before???
