WINDYCITYJOHN400 Posted March 28, 2014 Report Posted March 28, 2014 If it's getting hot….you either need to get the bike moving to get air in the radiator…..or your jetting is wrong. If you have a stock motor, but added pipes without jetting….then the jetting is wrong. 100+ HP machines can stay cool riding hard in hot sand. The cooling system on a Banshee (If in good working order) will stay plenty cool. If your sticking with a stock motor, your existing set-up should be fine. Quote

Ok so let me change the question, any significant benefit if I install a cool head in my stock motor with 21 domes? I just have this cool head laying around in my garage and I don't know if it worth to use it in a stock motor or just get it sold. Thanks for your comment! Quote

Personally, if the motor is all stock, and has a decent amount of hrs on it, i would not be real found of throwing more compression at it w/o truing and welding the crank up. I just dont see it being worth the added stress Quote
