so this has been going on for a while but ive been messing with other stuff. my carbs have the stock tors box but the wires are disconnected. the right side is the only one with problems, at idle it will stick slightly open and idle high but if I ease out on the clutch alittle it will go down. and sometimes when going wot to no throttle while driving it will stick on the right side and I have to let out on the clutch to get it to go down. is this the slide sticking? if so why is it sticking? ive taken them out and oiled them down multiple times to try and fix it but no change, I don't see any burrs or anything that it would catch on either.

Remove entire TORS assembly.

Get TORS eliminator kit and do that mod

Clean carbs while off bike. (by "Clean" I mean the insides and all passages as well as the outsides. Note Main and Pilot jet sizes as well as Needle Clip settings and Airscrew settings as baseline info for future questions you're bound to ask later.)

Get fresh throttle cable and lube it.

Put that all back together.

Sync the cabs so the slides move exactly evenly.

Set idle

Clean filer

Ride
