2strokesmellgud Posted February 20, 2014 Report Posted February 20, 2014 Builder said twin 35pwks was too much carb for a ported +4 so I'm going with his suggestions. Was running 2into 1 setup but blew it and went +4 Quote
10milmike Posted February 20, 2014 Report Posted February 20, 2014 35's are not to big for a 4 mil cub. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy note 3 Quote
BANSHEEBEEFM2M Posted February 20, 2014 Report Posted February 20, 2014 Bullshit people run 35s or bigger on sb/ss motors all day. That's why they make jets. But if you insist I've got a nice set of keihin 28mm pwks with cable and filters id trade for 35s Sent from my N8000_WHTE_CKT using Tapatalk Quote
2strokesmellgud Posted February 20, 2014 Author Report Posted February 20, 2014 thats exactly what ive seen 35s seem to be the standard for a ported 4mil I do know of a guy running drilled out stockers but screw that Quote

sheerider11 Posted February 20, 2014 Report Posted February 20, 2014 I hav a 4 mil stock cylinder. 35s and cpi's. For what I have going on, seemed to be the most common combo out there. I'd talk to your builder again and see what the issue is and why it won't work Quote
do-work-son Posted February 20, 2014 Report Posted February 20, 2014 Got 35pwk as well and the bike performs great! Plenty down low and keeps pulling hard threw all the gears Quote
2strokesmellgud Posted February 20, 2014 Author Report Posted February 20, 2014 not sure if the elevation is the issue cant get him on the line now but i think im going to stick with everyone elese and go with the 35s ill just have to jett it smaller i guess. plus always can go cub and wont need to rebuy carbs for it going to check with ryder25 and see if he still has the pwks forsale thanks guys Quote

Starwriter Posted February 21, 2014 Report Posted February 21, 2014 His builder is that guy that builds 10mil motors with stock pipes for that sleeper look, and cuts his own overrides and trenches the cases with an angle grinder. 1 Quote
