Grey Posted February 2, 2014 Author Report Posted February 2, 2014 I have a Hinson brake pedal or polished front caliper for trade if someone happens to need one of those Quote
Starwriter Posted February 2, 2014 Report Posted February 2, 2014 (edited) I have a Hinson brake pedal or polished front caliper for trade if someone happens to need one of those If it's a right front, you can put it on the rear. Just have to buy the rear mounting plate and slide pin from East Coast ATV. The bleeder screw doesn't end up exactly at the top so to bleed it, you have to put a block of wood between the pads and hold it so that the bleeder screw is at the top or with it on the bike, lift the back of the bike waaaay up in the air and bleed it. It's kind of a cleaner look, because you don't have the parking brake block off plate. If you have a stock style rear carrier, you need to check the fit. Edited February 2, 2014 by Starwriter Quote
Grey Posted February 2, 2014 Author Report Posted February 2, 2014 Yea, that's what I have goint on right now. I don't like how the banjo bolt rests on my swingarm. And it's going on a triple and I want to make sure I can stop so I don't die. Quote
Starwriter Posted February 2, 2014 Report Posted February 2, 2014 I don't like how the banjo bolt rests on my swingarm. Weird. Do you have an arched ladder swingarm or something? Quote
Grey Posted February 2, 2014 Author Report Posted February 2, 2014 I can't past photobucket links for some reason. But It's a Lonestar custom radius arm. Quote

You don't not need to buy anything, just use the bracket off the old rear. Thats at least how I have always done it. Quote
