If I change the silencer and not the headpipe .....will make any major differences other than sound? 2. Most 2stroke silencer are round about the same size ? Only major differences between cc's are the size of the inlets to the silencer. ..... Input ? Quote
trickedcarbine Posted January 16, 2014 Report Posted January 16, 2014 As motor size goes up the stinger diameter definitely corresponds. I've seen a lot of guys who hop their kids eatons and vipers. The faster ones are guys finding CR 80 exhausts from FMF or Pro Circuit and cutting them up to work on the kids quads. Quote

camatv Posted January 17, 2014 Report Posted January 17, 2014 there are a few companies that make pipes for them i believe. if not there is a market there for sure. back when i had an eton for the kiddo i was going to build a pipe for it. stinger and internal size of silencer makes a difference as does length of silencer, size of packing affects sound Quote
sleeper06 Posted January 22, 2014 Report Posted January 22, 2014 My sons viper jr has a homemade pipe on it came off a go ped and I cut the flange spun it tig welded back together, a port job new piston and a pwk it really woke up that stock carb has terrible circuitry Quote
