2strokenick Posted January 10, 2014 Author Report Posted January 10, 2014 the 2 cylinders had different compression thats why the mike ran kinda weird then one of my pistons was black and the other one has a black spot on it and it looked like it was burning a hole in the piston Quote

Sandking Posted January 10, 2014 Report Posted January 10, 2014 So you've had this bike for a week you had a slight bog so you took it apart bought all new parts and what is it that you really need help on. If you trust your banshee builder follow his instructions and put it back together. Let us know how it turns out. Good luck. Quote

Zillaguy Posted January 10, 2014 Report Posted January 10, 2014 His "mechanic" Holy shit did you see how filthy that assembly area, and the inside of the cases were?!?!?! There were metal shavings ALL over everything! I bet that motor did not last very long! Oh my god, so peoples kids! Quote
oldskool Posted January 10, 2014 Report Posted January 10, 2014 Did the other 5mil run great? do you have same pistons and rods? Did the other 5mil run spacer plate? If the other 5 mil ran great, then you need the same set-up. We have no way of knowing your port timing. Most guys prefer cylinders ported not to require spacer plate. Quote
2strokenick Posted January 11, 2014 Author Report Posted January 11, 2014 when the 5 mil was running it was running good but it had a bog Quote
2strokenick Posted January 11, 2014 Author Report Posted January 11, 2014 i had the same rod but now i changed the pistons and the cylinders the old cylinders wasnt ported the new ones i have is ported Quote
