EmpirE231 Posted November 8, 2003 Report Posted November 8, 2003 do those lights work pretty good? I got the same ones coming in soon. by the way, where can you get the hella lights or piaa lights? the desert racing kind(big) ? Quote
rebelbanshee2 Posted November 10, 2003 Report Posted November 10, 2003 just make sure you silicone the lights to the conectors and put it over all the scews too, atherwise everything will come apart and no light. they work pretty good. i havnt used mine too much, but they provide ample light, deffinately better than stock Quote
Wallrat Posted November 10, 2003 Report Posted November 10, 2003 check out 4 Wheel Parts They've got an alright selection and they're located all over the place so you can go check out the lights in person instead of just internet shopping. Also as a side note, more wattage isn't a good thing unless you upgrade your stator. A set of 35w lights (same as stock) will outshine a set of 55w lights on the stock stator. I've got some 8" Pro Comp lights in the stock location with 35w bulbs and they do a pretty decent job given that they were only like $35 each. One of these days I'd like to rewind my stator and throw on some 130w bulbs Quote
bignasty1 Posted November 10, 2003 Author Report Posted November 10, 2003 now ur thinkin wall rat bigger is allways better. well in most cases and as for lighting i dont see that being a exception. Quote
