^^^^^^ what he said. Mix you some premix in a spray bottle. The starting fluid on a two stroke is a tragedy waiting to happen. I don't know how much you know about two strokes but starting fluid has no lubrication therefore causes excessive friction and heat leading to a seizure.

There was a guy that posted on here but I think he deleted his comment, he said I should replace the crank to or else I may only get about 100 more hours out of it, would the crank be ruined to?

It's possible that's why I told you to contact a builder to true and weld the crank they will go over the crank while they have it
