It seems there is coolant leaking from the allen screws on the joint that attaches to the head (coolhead). What should I do to fix this, should I use some type of sealant on the threads and if so what type? Thanks

there is an o-ring in there.....i'd pull the joint off and check to ensure that the o-ring isn't damaged.  Then if it IS leaking from the cap screws.....then yes....go ahead and put a  little rtv or whatnot on the threads of the screws.  I've never seen the threads leak, but I do know there is a chance as the threaded hole does crash into the water jacket....

Ok thanks, I already replaced the oring about 1 week ago started it up and it was still leaking so I guess I'll put some sealant on the threads thanks.
