So just to touch base, i picked up this banshee last weekend, supposed rebuilt bla bla bla..

Run decent at WOT when I test rode it.. Plug fouler, they guy knew nothing, but had lots of advice.... You know the kind? So I took a chance brought her home.

Opened her up found 300 mains and 30 pilot.. installed 27.5 pilots with the 270 mains.. Better but not right.. not very crisp// Steady part throttle it wont run clean.... So once more they came apart, added the 25 pilots that came in the carb kits, keeping the 270 mains.. Much better... I took it on a two hour ride after checking everything out, started first kick everytime...

I added a Motion Twist throttle, syncd the carbs set floats etc... Has fmf gold series pipes fmf mufflers.. Check compression with a old gauge it read 110 lbs in each cylinder.. i wasnt to hung up on overall psi readings but more worried about variances between them.

It runs pretty good, I ordered a  adjustable timing plate, gonna run +4 on premium fuel with Klotzs  super techniplate 32:1...

Now my carbs has the Tors delete , but I havent much adjustment on the idle speed screws.. the air bleeds/mixtures work. IIRC Im two turns out on it... So the further in the speed screw the faster idle? You think the might not have cut enough off when they finished the conversion...

It still isnt clean off throttle... I also know the +4 timings will clean up the idle... Just wondering what you guys think...

Id say it runs well for what it is at wot... Just need cleaner transition to the main circuit.. Im a drag racer and tuner, so Its either right.... or waiting to be adjusted right LOL

I have done alot of trolling and this site is great..!!!

Thanks
