Could use a new clear piece small small cracks where previous owner tightened to much but there is nothing wrong with this one. Saw a guy on here sell the cover just like that and the lock out for $100. Definitely just polished, the dots you see i believe is oxidation maybe. Might be called something else but i know if you dont have polish them regularly they will get dots like that. Atleast it seems like i do because im too lazy to polish every week.
