Originally had Yammy Blue plastics and scratched up ugly ass silver frame. I sandblasted the frame and had it powder coated Candy Teal. IMO I would of cut off a bunch of shit before having it powered like the brackets for the stock exhaust, air box tabs ect. Rustbag Posted November 8, 2013 Author Report Share Posted November 8, 2013 I've slowly been cleaning and painting parts and then putting them on. I had to tap most of the holes to clean the threads but no problems. Cooling system done. New Bushings and end caps for the A-Arms 400ex shocks for the front. Poor Boy suspension drop. Bought a few used chrome pieces off fellow forum members. Thanks guys. Wiring, tail light, cdi, coil all done. New handle bars and grips. New steering bearing and seal. Still have to do brakes, seat cover and plastics next. Saving the engine for last. Just trying to focus on the rolling chassis for now. Boy did that make life easier. Except they don't tell you which bolts go where. No biggie. Come on UPS man, Im ready to get this thing on wheels.
