Young Guns Racing Posted November 4, 2013 Report Posted November 4, 2013 I feel like the way the stock shifter is on my bike with jds pegs is just too long. My yfz450r shifter is nowhere near the length of a shee shifter and it just feels better to ride all around. Anyhow I was wondering if I should just purchase a shorter shifter or just shorten the one I have?. I have a very nice miller mig and would be able to weld it back togther I'm sure. Any recommendations are welcome. Have any other riders here felt like the shifter is a bit too long? Quote
03DMshee Posted November 4, 2013 Report Posted November 4, 2013 http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewitem?itemId=380377173586 That one is pretty short compared to factory Quote
Surfrjag Posted November 4, 2013 Report Posted November 4, 2013 Cut and weld one would take 15 mins and its free.. Quote
Young Guns Racing Posted November 5, 2013 Author Report Posted November 5, 2013 Thanks for the options guys. Thats one of the cheaper short shifters I've seen. I think I'm.going to mod a stock one and see where.it goes Quote
