Your guy porting the engine will go into everything said in post 15 above this one in a lot of detail. He can also explain how everything will work together to get the most out of your set up. It's amazing how some motors run so well and when you look at them, it's a stock cylinder/head bike.

 

If he cant answer those questions, go to another shop. He will also be able to tell you a good place to put your jetting at to start retuning it once it's ported.
