Need some suggestions for new tie rods, and tie rod ends.

I've got $100-$150 to spend on the tie rods, and ends.  After 17 years, my stockers are worn out.  Are there any of the after market rods, and ends that are worth buying, in my price range?  Stock length is what I need.  Any help will be appreciated.

I need the tie rod ends also, so I'd like to get everything in one place.  Mine are 17 years old, and one tie rod is screwed up, and a few of the tie rod ends are leaking, and/or getting loose.

I don't have any tie rods on hand to get measurements from but , I could duplicate some fairly easy.

When I bought my long travel fireball arms, the guy I was talkin to convinced me in upgrading to 12mm tie rods an ends, like what's on 06 an newer yfz/raptors. They fit great and was noticeably thicker than stock.

Did you have to modify anything, before installing them?

Nope.. The ends fit right in the stem and spindle..

The tie rods were extended ones that came with the arms though. So I don't know what you'd need,, length wise.

Thanks for that info.  I just need stock length, and it's looking like I will be ordering the American Star rods, and ends.
