seal behind front sprocket pops out

The vent was clear on mine, but the seal popped out anyways. I had too much oil in it. I found that the sealant I used caused the seal to slide out. Like some have said.... use no sealant. I wish these were grooved seals.

woffy.....like said....try a new seal, with an extremely clean surface.  And also watch the amount of fluid you put in the trans.  Where are you from in Michigan?  I ride quite often in Mio.

Whats too much oil? I run 2 qts and never popped a seal.

I was jus in mio a wk ago. That's wen my seal popped out.

You guys may want to check out St. Helen. They groom the trails. Its actually the main ORV trail that I ride, goes from Roscommon to southeast end of Houghton Lake. Gotta stash gas cans if you want to do the entire route. Its a rush, beats silver lake any day IMO.
