ballzout Posted November 4, 2003 Report Posted November 4, 2003 I have an 89 shee and I am in the process of trouble shooting a no spark problem. I am following the service guide as far as testing the stator and coil. Every thing appears to be good ? Can someone tell me how I can test or by-pass my kill switch (on/off) ? I want to eliminate that as a possibility before buying a CDi box. Which brings up my next question. Trinity racing has a dyna box that allows you to adjust your timming on the fly, any comments or reccomendations on this ? Also is there any other tests that I can do to eliminate the stator ? I don't have any friends with banshee's as old as mine that I can swap parts with. The local shops want about $85 just to trouble shoot it, I would rather use that money toward whatever part I need to replace. Thanks Quote
