Bansheebuilder0909
Hey just re built the top end of my banshee everything went good, put all new fluids in it. Kicked over just fine. The next day I went to take it for a ride, for the fire 100ft it ran fine, powerband kicked in good threw 3-4 gear was Cruisin in 5th and at about 1000ft down the road it died and wouldent start back up. Only thing was I had older used spark plugs in it? I figured I needed new plugs so I got brand new plugs and put them in and now it will not kick back over. Kept the boot on the plug and took it half way out and kicked It to see if it was catching a spark but from what me and my friend saw we did not see a spark. The engine has compression and the motor is not seized. Could It b my cdi? Or maybe a loose wife? Please help much appreciate.

troyzstang
Start at the stator. Check for sheered key or pick up bolts coming loose. Just a thought. Good luck.
