dunesovertrails
Friend drilled into the wrong side of his carbs and he wants to know if he has to replace both carbs or just the one he drilled into
Finch
should be okay just getting one new one just has to make sure its the right side. may be easier to just get a set tho. maybe even some with the tors already deleted
Pastrykiller
The wrong side can be fixed. Drill it and tap it to an 8mm x 1.25 thread. Ensure that you measure the depth of the cavity to ensure that the bolt doesn't stick into the slide. It will hang up on you. How do I know this.....I bought a set of carbs that looked just like you described. All is good now.
