Port for the stroke, domes/ cut stock head, pistons if its a 115/ long rod crank, and supporting mods.

What do you want to do? Where do you ride? What's done so far to the bike?

Tz bearings are supposed to be good too. My stock cyls were all ready ported so I got a touch up port work for 4mil it was 100 bucks and I got a polished exhaust port out the deal. Cut domes so additional 2mm up stroke won't smash the head. Get a oil seal kit, clutch cover gasket, clutch hub lock washer, base gasket the builder should provide with ported cyls, head gasket or o rings some 1211 case sealer and you should be good to go. Have fun!

i wouldnt run a tz bearing with out straight cuts but thats just me

^^^ What he said^^^ The helical gears can cause the inner race of a TZ bearing to "walk" out which will for sure damage the bearing, if not the crank or cases...
