Need o ring help

I took apart my motor on my bike was told it has a port magic head on it and noticed when putting it back together the o ring kit for pro design kit has a smaller o ring for the top piece of the head I need to find a bigger diameter o ring for it the one I need is the largest oring

just go to autoparts store and get either o ring cord and make or one big enough thatll work

If you need the O-ring for the cylinder-to-head surface that is in contact with the combustion chamber and needs to be a Viton O-ring. Any industrial seal supplier will be able to match up what you need. Just take the part with you so they can measure the groove and work it out.

It's the oring that keeps the coolant in that seals the top plate of the head to the base part of the head it is the largest o ring and it's same size as the modquads thicker o rings just a lot bigger to go around the whole head

How do i seal it if I'm cutting it to length?

It's just a regular black oring

If you're splicing the O-ring you need to cut it at a 45 degree angle across the section the glue it with some CA glue like Loctite 401. The better option is to try and hav it matched up at an industrial seal supplier. And I think a nitrile O-ring will be suitable for coolant in 90 duro for crush.
