There's part of your problem, what pipes and silencers do you have ? Stock carbs as well ?

Was there before hand all stock but FMF pipes power core 2 silencer

If your under a 2500ft elevation. And you use a stock air filter with lid and snorkel, try 240 mains jets, 25 pilot a/f screw out two turns.needle at middle clip, also make sure you have both bowls in the correct carb, there's one with a jet in it that goes on the carb with the choke. Make sure your slides are facing the right direction and also your choke tube is in between both carbs. Start with all that and report back, take pictures as well too
