28mm pwks leaking through the over flow tubes

whats up guys ive got a problem with my carbs ive cleaned them several times adjusted the floats replaced the float bowl gaskets the oring on the bottem of the bowl and they are still leaking through what looks like the over flow on the bottem of the bowl. why would it only leak from the bottem and not the over flow tubes on the side of the carbs??? the carbs are keihin 28mm pwks please help thanks

If you look at the bowl there is a tube that sticks up into the carb. When the fuel gets that high it leaks out. Get a needlevalve and/or readjust the floats

or might need the Oring on outside of needle seat.
