tdod101 Posted April 12, 2013 Report Posted April 12, 2013 Wanna get rid if the key switch, I have 4 wires connected to the switch, brown red with and black. If you go down the line a little you can only see two wires Black and Red that connect to te rest of the electrical. What do I do ? Quote

sheerider11 Posted April 12, 2013 Report Posted April 12, 2013 Follow the key switch down. Un plug it from the harness. Throw it in the trash, now on the harness side of the plug it will be 2 wire red with a black stripe and black. Connect them Quote

Starwriter Posted April 12, 2013 Report Posted April 12, 2013 You're missing the point. 2 of the wires from the key switch to the connector don't do anything and aren't connected to anything. After you remove the key switch from the bike, you will only see 2 wires in the harness. red/black and black. Connect them together and ride. Quote
